The IRISH MÓR label consists of a very strict selection of high-quality oysters from Ireland. We have teamed up with a select group of artisan oyster farmers who opt for quality rather than quantity, and who do so in a highly sustainable way. Thanks to our broader cooperation, we dispose of excellent full and creamy oysters all year round. The Irish Mór has a beautiful thick and smooth shell, with a pearly white inside and a beautiful deep cup.
This unique Dutch oyster of exceptional quality is cultivated by the Dhooge Family (Oesterij) in Lake Grevelingen and the Eastern Scheldt. Due to the vulnerability of the Ostrea Edulis species, this oyster requires a lot of attention and care from the grower. The Dutch Imperial brand is a selection of the best flat oysters from the oyster farms in the Zeeland waters in the Netherlands. After careful selection, grading and checks, it is sold to well-known hotels and restaurants all over the world.
This full, creamy Dutch oyster is grown in specially designed oyster baskets attached to oyster racks. This gives the oyster its lovely, deep shape. As the Oosterschelde is among the cleanest waters in the world, and we grow both diploid and triploid oysters, these oysters are available in top quality and with their unique taste all year round. Fine de Claire
The Fine de Claire is a well-known French oyster that has undergone its last 'affinage' (ripening process) in the 'claires' on the Atlantic coast of France. These exceptional claires, which are connected to the open sea, are shallow closable ponds. The affinage in these claires gives these oysters a stronger, slightly sweeter taste. The Fine de Claire has a meat percentage of between 6.5 and 10.5%.
Huîtres à Volant
Huîtres à Volant is a special selection of the oysters from the Special de Claires in France, this well-known French oyster has undergone its last ‘affinage’ (ripening process) in the ‘claires’ for 2 to 6 months., with a maximum density of 10 oysters per square metre, during which they fatten and take

The Edulis brand is a selection of the best flat oysters from the oyster farms in the European waters. Due to the vulnerability of the Ostrea Edulis species, this oyster requires a lot of attention and care from the grower. Unique, complex taste for the true oyster-lover and connoisseur. Creamy, powerful with a long-lasting aftertaste.
Under the ‘Salgado’ label, we deliver a selection of high-quality Creuse oysters from Portugal. We have made a selection of the most beautiful Specials from local growers, with a yield of meats above 10.5%. The Salgado oysters are very nice meaty creamy oysters with a special salty aftertaste.
The Grevelingen Creuse is also called Zeeland Creuse Special. This delightful delicacy is cultivated with great dedication and craftsmanship by the Dhooge family of De Oesterij in Yerseke. The unique nutrient riches of Grevelingenmeer give this oyster its distinctive special flavour. The cocktail of algae aromas, the many hours of sunshine and the clear water turn the unique flavour of this plump and creamy oyster into a true taste sensation. The Grevelingen Creuse has a deep-cupped bowl and an oval, jagged shell.
The Oosterschelde Creuse is also called Zeeland Creuse. This briny delicacy is cultivated with great dedication and craftsmanship by the Dhooge family of De Oesterij in Yerseke. The unique flavour of this delicate oyster is lightly fruity with a deliciously fresh and briny accent. The Oosterschelde's robust sea flavour creates the sophisticated bite that sets this oyster apart. The Oosterschelde Creuse has a deep-cupped bowl and an oval, jagged shell.
